This club is all about teaching Math. The club works with special needs children basic math like addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. We also work with girls who are survivors of human trafficking (SOS) to teach working math so that they can use it in their daily life.
We meet every Thursday and Friday after school in Room No. 203 for about an hour teaching the kids. It's a lot of fun and we plan to get rewards for the kids every third week, primarily foods such as brownies or chocolates! It's not only about teaching, but making connections with them, bonding with them.
